Which vision or medical insurance plans do you accept?

Lakeview Eye Care is in-network with many major plans, including VSP, Davis Vision, Medicare, Aetna, Tricare, EyeMed, Medicaid Utah, PEHP, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, Regence, and more. Call or text us and we can help verify benefits.

I do not have vision insurance. Can I still be seen?

Yes. Self-pay patients are welcome, and the team can explain pricing before you schedule so there are no surprises.

What is included in a comprehensive eye exam?

Your exam includes a vision and prescription check, eye-health evaluation, screening for issues such as glaucoma, cataracts, and diabetic eye disease, plus time with the doctor to review results.

Do you offer contact lens fittings?

Yes. Lakeview Eye Care fits soft, toric, multifocal, scleral, and ortho-k lenses. Contact lens evaluations are quoted separately from routine exams.

Can you treat pink eye or other urgent eye problems?

Yes. The doctors diagnose and treat eye infections, allergies, styes, minor injuries, foreign objects, flashes, floaters, and sudden vision changes. Same-day medical visits may be available.
